here are instances that Administrators are required to login and view the site as the user to see what the user is referring to. In these cases, it is best to login as the user without resetting the password. Here is how
1. Login as an Administrator
2. On the gray administrative toolbar on the top, Click on Administration, System Administration
3. Under General Administration, click on Manage Users
4. Search and locate the username of the User you want to login as, then on the right, under the Actions area, click on Login.
5. You are now logged in as the User.
NOTE: On some sites, the username is visible so you can verify it. It will say the username next to Logout.
